Hi, my name is Sheryl, and I grew up in Northern California. I started practicing yoga as a way to calm and bring stillness to my mind during a time of my life that was overcome with stress and anxiety. I’m passionate about the way yoga creates balance and peacefulness in my life, as well as allows me to challenge, develop, and push my physical and mental boundaries in new ways.
Yoga helps us to slow down in the fast paced technology world we live in, and take time to connect with our body and mind in new ways.
I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in August 2018, and have since started to teach so I can share my passion with others.
Besides yoga, I've had a passion for travel from an early age, and I’ve lived abroad at various times throughout my life, including in Australia, Spain, Greece and Bali.
